Mr. Ayers represents individuals before the Executive Office of Immigration Review in Political Asylum, Withholding of Removal, protection under the Convention Against Torture, Cancellation of Removal and I-601, 212(c) and I-212 waiver cases.  Mr. Ayers is an experienced visa specialist with an outstanding track record of approvals in the most complex and challenging cases.  Mr. Ayers assists business professionals, fashion models, actors and directors in obtaining Employment Visas including but not limited to H-1B, L-1 and E-2 visas.  Mr. Ayers drafts motions to reopen, briefs on appeal to the Administrative Appeals Office, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service ("USCIS") and the Board of Immigration Appeals.  He also handles a variety of matters before USCIS including representing clients in Family-Based Petitions and Naturalization cases.
